As Co-Founder and CEO of Tap Hunter, Melani Gordon’s innate leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and ultimate passion for craft beer has quickly made her a sought-after industry influencer. With more than 12 years of marketing and sales expertise, and having held senior roles at a variety of high-tech and startup firms, Melani leverages her extensive background in new media and marketing strategy to support the vision and success of Tap Hunter every day. When she isn’t juggling phone calls and beer bottles, Melani enjoys road biking, mountain biking, camping and snowboarding the Sierras near her hometown in Reno, Nevada. While she still loves riding, Melani saves her cut-throat, must-win attitude for the day-to-day operations at Tap Hunter’s headquarters.

Flash is Founder and Chief Technology Officer for Tap Hunter. Everything you see on the site and on your phone, Flash is to thank! Prior to Tap Hunter, he was Technology Director at Z57 for 12 years, where he lead development, managed the scalable infrastructure, and oversaw a platform that supports 20k websites. Contributing to the growth of one of San Diego’s fastest growing privately held companies at $18 million a year, Flash’s business sense and technology chops are put to good use by his wife and business partner at Tap Hunter, Melani. When Flash isn’t in front of the computer, he can be found drinking craft beer at one of San Diego’s noted beer bars or cheering on the Padres from Petco Park.

California beverage brat unleashed, Tatiana Peavey, also known as Goats Udder in the online community, is a true advocate for the California palate. Born and raised a Mendocino native she has been scouring the trail for the finer things in life since she could hold a fork. Originally on the road to fame as an opera singer, Tatiana was taken quite suddenly by the beauty and art in a well poured pint. She is currently implementing her passion of fine wines, artisan spirits and amateur mixology to expand the horizon of craft beer through her work and online projects. She is obsessed with her kitchen, her liquor cabinet, bacon and anything served on a stick. A lace musing philosopher, behind the bar witch doctor, a pint pouring therapist, but most of all a girl that just loves a good beer.
