Brettomatic is a Hoppy Brett Pale Ale fermented 100% with Creature Comforts’ house blend of Brettanomyces that will be available in 750ml bottles. This particular batch of Brettomatic is brewed with Citra hops and is 6% ABV. The flavor and aroma include tropical fruits – kiwi, pineapple, melon, mango, papaya – along with some funk and subtle dry pepper. In the future, the desire is for this beer to become an annual offering that will feature a rotating hop or hop group for each batch.
