In preparation for Hockey Day Minnesota 2018, hosted by St. Cloud, we set out on a quest to brew a beer that encompassed the spirit of hockey. A brew balanced by both tradition and adventure. To do this we traveled the world and found the best Bohemian malt and hops from the Czech Republic to craft a perfectly balanced Czech Pilsner.
