Unfiltered, golden ale, with complex citrus and yeast flavor, refreshing and balanced for such a strong beer. Originally brewed by farmers is rural Belgium, Saisons had to be strong to survive all season. Aged in a Pinot Noir barrel from Santa Barbara Winery for 119 days. Nice marriage of wine and saison flavors.
