Gaderian is an English style Old Ale aged in oak barrels for one year with Brettanomyces. Gaderian is an old English word that means to bring people together embodying the Council Brewing spirit. The result is an incredibly complex, rustic beer with notes of figs, molasses, toasted bread and caramel with the Brettanomyces imparting woodsy and leathery characteristics. The rich silky mouthfeel keeps the flavors lingering on the palate. Pour slowly and enjoy in a wide tulip glass.
