Crooked Stave Salvador Cybies

Salvador Cybies is our “Crooked Stave” take on a Dark Belgian Strong brewed in hommage of my Siberian Husky that I had through my 20’s. A dear member of my family and our early brewing team, Cybies had many nicknames. Salvador Cybies being one of them, this version was aged in well used Leopold Brothers American Small Batch Whiskey barrels with Sour Cherries harvested from the Colorado western slope. Like man’s favorite companion, this beer is worth snuggling up to, maybe with the fire place lit and relaxing after a great day
