We dug the Vann cherries we used two years back, and got more of them for this batch along with the Bings. Dangerously delicious and drinkable, funky, and awesome. Wrayal put a motor on the cherry crusher to make things easier for us, and we cruised through the crushing. So when you enjoy a glass, or when folks wonder why it’s so expensive, be reminded of all the brewer’s blood, sweat, time and tears that go into them.
