After 10 weeks of lagering we are very excited about this example of the subtle and elusive style from the North Rhine-Westphalia city of Dortmund. Somewhere between a Helles and a Pilsner, Dortmunder stands out by boasting a full, malty palate complimented by a crisp, drying, hoppy finish. A little more malt than a Helles, a little less hop than a Pilsner with the same refined flavor and repeatability one expects from a high-quality German lager.
