Brewed with our friends at Thirst Magazine, this is a low alcohol Saison brewed with French Saison yeast and Brettanomyces Drei. Freshly harvested peaches from Palisade, CO were processed by hand and added to the beer post fermentation. Light bodied and bone dry, with notes of pineapple, lemon, white pepper, and stone fruit.
