A light-bodied ale with wheat malt
character. We add 80 lbs. of peach and
apricot puree, and the payoff is an
aroma that pops with an intentionally
subtle balance of the two. The light
nature of this beer allows the fruit
characters to shine through with a
slightly tart finish.
