Our interpretation of a German Gose (pronounced Goh-zuh), a low ABV, light sour beer brewed with wheat, sea salt, and coriander. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops for an added citrus kick, and fermented with a Belgian yeast whose flavors pair perfectly with coriander. It's like the world's most refreshing Mimosa- zesty citrus and grapefruit with a soft, fluffy body, and a surprisingly balancing and supporting saltiness. Super Drinkable.
