Figueroa Mountain Czech Pilsner

This crisp and extremely pale colored pilsner was inspired by Pilsner Urquell and the craft lagers of the Czech Republic. For this pilsner we sourced Kazbek hops from the Czech Republic. Kazbek is similar to Saaz, but turned up to 11. The hops have a dominant bright citrus note of lemon or grapefruit, but never obscure the quintessential mixture of floral and earthy spice of its Saaz parent. At first sip the palate is that of a clean lager and then zips into a pleasant hoppy finish. Na Zdravi!
