Figueroa Mountain Scary Spice

Orange/Copper in color this Imperial Pumpkin ale is full bodied and full flavored. We paired up with our friends over at The Lark in Santa Barbara to roast whole quadrants of sugar pumpkins. In using the skins, flesh, seeds, and pulp we created a unique caramelized flavor profile fitting for our harvest season. Caramelized malts help to bolster this flavor profile and create flavors and aromas of gentle toffee, fresh pie crust, and toasted caramel. The spice blend is a custom blend of All spice, Cinnamon, Mace, Ginger, and Nutmeg.
