What the FUNK is this?? A coconut Dunkelweizen? Yup,,,we did that. The German Dunkelweizen at heart boasts all of the toasty banana and clove character you would come to expect but with a “Coconut Twist”. That’s the new dance you will be bustin’ out when you sip on this tropical(ish) classic. We painstakingly toasted 10lbs of coconut per barrel (1 barrel = 31 gallons) and introduced it to this German classic post fermentation. Summertime never comes too early. It’s time to celebrate the season and Funkin’ GONUTS!
