Our Fresh Hop is a NW Pale featuring loads of fresh Cascade & Chinook hops! These hops were fed from the pristine waters of Lake Chelan and harvested by Chelan Valley Hops. One hundred pounds of Cascades in the Hopback & fifty pounds of Chinooks for dry-hopping, contribute to a citrusy, aromatic pale ale.
