5% ABV pre-aging. An american wheat ale we dosed with apricots, aged for 4 months in chardonnay barrels. The delicate apricot flavor is enhanced by the fruit notes that the chardonnay oak provide, along with a buttery texture. A perfectly fruit forward, slightly dry beer that drinks wonderfully this time of year. Cheers!
