A simple blend of barley malt, aromatic malt, and crystal malts along with Maui Grown cane sugar elevate the gravity of this intense beer resulting in a whopping 12.5% ABV. Mosaic, El Dorado, and Australian Enigma Hops are showcased in this intensely bitter, yet balanced extreme IPA. The hop aroma is augmented by a preposterous hop charge before cooling along with a two step dry hopping process in fermentation and finishing which drove the IBUs off the chart!
