This IPA uses both American and British malted barley for the base malts, with a roasted barley that adds color and a hint of raisins and fruit. a strong malt backbone gives balance to the up front hop presence. Deep copper in color & a nice "C-hops" aroma. Dry Hopped with Cascade and Centennial.
