We partnered with Flagship Restaurant Group to bring you this single hop pale ale, Mosaic Hop Shop. Odell Brewing was actually one of the first commercial breweries in the world to use Mosaic, but back then it was simply called HBC 369. Mosaic hops have come a long way since then and is widely used in brewing for the floral and tropical fruit notes. Enjoy!
