We took a traditional German Kölsch and put a bit of a spin on it by adding cold brewed coffee. Using roasted coffee beans from the Bean Cycle (Fort Collins) we were able to create a complex and interesting light brew. Coffee flavors steal the show, while notes of chocolate and bread linger.
