Our 2015 Pro-Am for Great American Beer Festival is a new style for the brewery. The recipe is by Gerry Lynch of Milliken, Colorado and when we tasted it in the Liquid Poetry Slam home brew competition; we knew it was a winner. We will enter this into competition in hopes of procuring a medal for both the brewery and Gerry. It has a great estery Belgian profile fermented to a dry finish.
