Our 9th Anniversary offering is a semi-wild Saison that honors Rincon Brewery’s connection to our local ocean waters. Fleurs de Mer, meaning Flowers of the Sea, celebrates the SB Channel’s ocean world and the richness of ocean life amongst our kelp forests and sea grasses. The dove represents a symbol of peace and hope for all who are needing it these days.
The first thing you’ll notice is the fruity, twangy aroma brought by the proprietary yeast. The first sip is an explosion of stone and tropical fruit essence, followed by the slightly spicy, jammy and twangy aftertaste from the addition of Brettanomyces yeast. Sippable and satisfying.
