This beer is one of many that takes its inspiration from the rich tradition of spirits. In this case, the inspired cocktails of Nightbell lead us to brew a Mezcal ale with smoked malts, lime juice, and grapefruit zest. From this brew, Nightbell has crafted and are serving a Cardinal Gin based “Wicked Gimlet” with the addition of a Conquistador simple syrup.
