Butcher‘s Brewing Creme de Brewlay is a Haupia Cream Ale that was inspired by a traditional coconut milk-based Hawaiian dessert often found at luaus & other local gatherings in Hawaii, a creamy coconut custard dish. The cream ale base lays the foundation with a custard nose & light body. Then add the faint aroma of coconut & vanilla, with a pleasant aftertaste that evokes memories of island life. Sessionable at 4.5%ABV, it is a perfect beer for gathering with friends. We will be tapping it here, at Main Tap Tavern, on Wednesday, July 17th at 3pm! Do not forget about our sliding scale…$3 at 3pm, $4 at 4pm, etc..
