Theyve figured out that Yellow Birch complements their line of Yetis (and their Hibernation ales, if you were wondering), and, with such knowledge, they bring youOak-Aged Yeti w/ Yellow Birch Wood.Yellow birch can impart notes of biscuit, toast, toffee, butterscotch, honey croissant, light lemon, and (some would even say) tropical fruit notes, but far be it from us to tell you what characteristics are in a beer!Come on in on Thursday, the 9th, to taste the greatness that is Great Divide and see for yourself which of the above leave an impression on your palette.Notice: Stone Brewing Co. and its vendors sometimes take photos and videos at Stone events to use for promotional purposes.
