This is our interpretation of the new and very popular style Black IPA or (Cascadian Ale or American Black Ale). Very dark in color, it looks like a Porter or Stout but it’s not. It’s brewed like an IPA with loads of Hops. What makes this beer different than an American IPA is in the Malt. Dark roasted Midnight Wheat and Blackprinze Malt are employed to give it, its black color.
