This sour ale is made with a variety of souring yeast strains which produces an easy drinking sour. We used mixed fermentation with yeast strains like Brett Claussenii, Brett Lambicus, Brett Bruxellensis, Lactobacillus brevis, and Lactobacillus Plantarum. This is a sour you will want to bring to the table and share... or enjoy yourself! Available in bottles only.
