Paradisi definition: "citrus tree bearing large round edible fruit having a thick yellow rind and juicy somewhat acid pulp." Also known as grapefruit! We think Paradisi is a fitting name for our beer since we use fresh grapefruit zest in it. Citrus notes obviously abound in this brew, giving it that crisp clean feeling you've been craving after a hard day's work (or play).
