Experimental, hoppy blonde ale fermented with Saccharomyces "Brux" Trois. We wanted to see what the yeast was like on it's own without a dry hop, so we brewed a super crushable, easy going blonde recipe and let this strain do it's magic. Lots of fruity flavors and aromas, infinitely drinkable. It's just that bird law -- it's not governed by reason.
