Base beer for our Anniversary ale; incredibly thick, viscous texture and mocha-colored foam inspired the name. All the dark chocolate, caramel & roasted coffee notes expected from an imperial stout. The addition of maple syrup adds a residual sweetness and depth of character on the palate. Compelling and rich.
