his Chamomile-infused Belgian Pale Ale is our collaboration with Bent Paddle Brewing Co. from Duluth and was brewed for 2016’s “In Cahoots”, an event celebrating The Red Stag’s 10th Anniversary. Brewers Ben Smith from Surly and Pete Mack from Bent Paddle brewed at both facilities to create an extremely drinkable beer with a pleasing aroma of citrus, lemon and chamomile with a subtle pepper and clove note from the yeast.
