A full-flavoured New Zealand style IPA made from a base of 5 selected malts and hopped generously at each stage of the brew with Pacific Jade, Pacifica and Nelson Sauvin. The full, soft bitterness and citrus/gooseberry flavours are perfectly balanced by the rich, golden malts, giving a clean, bitter finish and a delightful lingering aftertaste.
