A Kölsch style ale from Germany, with a slight fruity sweetness and a very mild bitterness. 515 is the wedding anniversary date of the recipe creator and a Blue Blood investor, an old romantic at heart. Kompagnon is German for Buddy or Pal. This beer was named to honor the bond a police officer has with their K-9 partner, specifically the German Sheppard and a tribute to the K-9 units that keep us safe.
