Dog Lager an amber lager made with two row barley, crystal malt, and munich malt. A high mash temperature allows for the extraction of non-fermentable sugars to create thick body. This is where Stray Dog Lager gets its distinctively malty flavor. Four varieties of hops are also added in three steps. Twenty five percent of the grain used in this beer is locally-sourced.
