This beer has a lot of history at CCB. Originally a
collaboration with SLO Chai back in 2005. Fast forward to
2022, now a collaboration with our award-winning kitchen
to scratch-make almost 60 gallons of Chai spices. The
result is a honey-colored, Golden Ale that has the kick and
warmth of a holiday beverage.
