Tailfeather is our take on a saison with an Oktoberfest lean. It started as a commissioned beer for a party, and everyone seemed to like it so much that we made it a full-time brew. Distinctly peppery and floral, but not too bitter, with a rich auburn hue, it is a certain crowd-pleaser. Drink one or ten, it’ll have you hooting. Cheers!
