Another entry in our river series of Saisons and Farmhouse Ales. We used a blend of French and Belgian yeast and three different grains (barley, oats, wheat) to create a medium bodied, smooth, balanced ester profile of fruity flavors with dry finishing notes of black pepper and citrus.
