Our West Coast-style IPA is both light and refreshing and big on flavor and aroma. Coming in at 6.5%, we rounded the body with Caramelized malts to balance out the bitterness from our kettle hops. Once fermentation is complete we blast it with a generous amount of Simcoe hops (in the dry hop) to give it a combination of citrus and pine aroma and flavor. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of IPA.
