The first brewing Saison Dupont Dry Hopping dates back to 2010. It is a blond high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle as traditional Dupont Season. The peculiarity of this special vintage, brewed in limited quantities is that the hops used to hopping bareback 1 ("dry hopping") is different each year. This year, three different hop varieties were selected. For hopping bareback, the brews were made from the variety "Minstrel" cultivated in England.
Beer coppery blond, dry and refreshing, with sustained bitterness. Dry Hopping accentuates the fruity and floral beer.
