A traditional wee heavy with a twist. Add in a little malted rye and flaked rye for spiciness then ferment with Trappist Ale Yeast and you’ll get a beer with a great clove/banana aroma and flavor, backed up with the malty sweetness of a Wee Heavy. Deep copper color, off-white head, full bodied.
