This decadent coffee stout was aged for the past 9 months in a bourbon barrel with whole vanilla beans. The result is quite lovely -flavors of dark roasted malts, chocolate and coffee are layered with vanilla, oak, and touch of bourbon booziness. Proof that good things happen to beer in oak barrels!
