Strong citrus, apricot, papaya, lychee, and passion fruit flavors are derived from the abundant use of Equinox and Summer hops. These fruit flavors are complimented and intensified by the lactic sour acidity of the Gose base. This intense combination is tamed by mild notes of citrus and spice from Indian Coriander and lemon peel. Finally the palette is cleansed by a mild salinity, clean bitterness, and an understated but ever present malt character.
