Figueroa Mountain 5 Lbs. Per Barrel

How many hops does it take to make a flavorful IPA worthy of drinking every day? For the first of our “Lbs. Per Barrel” series, we blended 5 Lbs. of both “new school” and “old school” American hops with a tropical twist to see if adding more hops meant more flavor. Golden naked oats provide a balanced body while adding a delicate, nutty toast flavor. The beer is fairly dry, and showcases hops such as Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus, and Citra. These hops impart loads of resinous pine, citrus, berry, and guava character.
