Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company Cavernous

Everyone’s favorite local band has been requesting to brew a beer for years. Sam Kulchin, guitarist and singer for The Caverns went on a trip to Belgium with his father and fell in love with the Belgian beer style known as a Tripel. We realized we had never brewed one in the history of the company, so the time to brew has come! Cavernous Tripel is a golden strong ale with loads of stone fruit, and a hint of spicy character. Gentle floral hop aroma comes from the use of traditional European hop varietals, but yeast is the rockstar of this brew. This brew will rock your eyes, nose, and mouth. Be careful of its alcohol content at 8.5%. It is enough to make anyone wake up in a cavern wondering what happened the night before.
