Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company Trail Pale El Dorado

The next installment in our single hop series features the relatively new American hop, El
Dorado. This hop variety is known for eliciting fruity tropical aromas, specifically pear and
watermelon, along with stone fruit subtleties. With this latest Trail Pale we experimented
with the timing of the hop additions to maximize flavor and aroma. This beer did not receive any bittering hops, resulting in an effervescent explosion of El Dorado flavor and aroma. To finish we added a massive double dry hop delivering pure hop essence to a crushable pale ale with no lingering bitterness!
