Our latest version of our single hop "Trail Pale" series focuses on a classic American hop varietal known as "Chinook." First developed in Washington state in 1985, Chinook focuses on resinous pine character partnered with citrus, and subtle pineapple notes. Grapefruit notes are fairly prominent, but balanced with our simple malt profile. Take a hike!
