Figueroa Mountain Winter Crush IPA

Winter Crush is an unfiltered IPA containing both flaked and malted wheat. Wheat adds flavors of dough and fresh baked bread and the protein content of wheat also adds to this beer’s hazy appearance. The malts showcase hop character very well. Hops like Nugget and Simcoe lay a foundation with pine and grapefruit, while others like Hallertau Blanc, Cascade, and Citra lend to a blizzard of bright citrus and tropical character. It may not snow much (if at all!) during West Coast winters, but this IPA will make season cold and hoppy!
