A wild-fermented beer containing funky sour flavors and a variety of aromas.This sour blonde ale was aged in a variety of barrels and was then blended with our light and refreshing kettle sour, Provincial. The range of barrels and the addition of brettanomyces yeast contribute wild characteristics, while the Provincial adds a bright tartness that keeps you coming back, sip after sip.
