Good George Blueberry Sour

A New-World take on a sour, slightly salty wheat beer. We have infused the base beer with loads of Waikato blueberries. This beers striking indigo hue foreshadows its aroma- saturated with bright berry notes, some earthy spice character, and a hint of sherbert-like character. On the palate a bright blueberry jam fruit character dominates, and is cleansed from the mouth by tartness and slight salt. Sweet, sour, salty, and refreshing.
