Brewed using a combination of Australian and German barley malts, wheat and a traditional top fermenting German yeast culture, Cross Knot is a continental style bright ale that exhibits lager like smoothness due to an extended conditioning and cool fermentation. Clean and crisp, with soft herbaceous and mellow notes, it is complimented by mild bittering from a traditional noble hop variety and a southern hemisphere zinger on the nose.
